Description:
This is a very simplistic +news/+help system. It provides the expected +news/+help commands to display the main topic list as well as the contents for the entries created on the system. On PennMUSH 1.8.1p6 or later topics and entries can be added to the system via the +addtopic and +addnews commands. On other platforms topics and entries must be manually added. Instructions are included in the header comments of the code file.
